On the second day of the special event, the kitchen team will treat you to an exclusive glimpse behind the scenes at Jacobs Restaurant – and, with a bit of luck, Thomas Martin will be there in person.* A special experience for all the senses, before you go on to enjoy the five-course gourmet menu.
Due to scheduling commitments, there may be occasions when Thomas Martin is not personally present. However, you can rest assured that the delight, passion and distinctive style of his cuisine will remain unchanged.
