Ingredients
- 2cl Blankenes gin
- 2cl ginger syrup
- 5 cucumber slices
- Jacobs Cuvée Fill Up (sparkling wine for topping up)
- Cucumber & raspberry for the garnish
Preparation
- Mash the cucumber slices together with the ginger syrup and gin
- Pour everything into the shaker, fill up with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into a glass
- Top up with cuvée (sparkling wine)
- Use cucumber & raspberry as garnish
