What inclusive services are available at the Hotel Louis C. Jacob?
In addition to WiFi, the room rate also includes use of the wellness and fitness area. You will also find a bathrobe and towelling slippers in your room, as well as a Nespresso machine.
When can I check in or check out?
On the day of arrival, the rooms are ready for you to move into from 3 pm. On the day of departure, the rooms are available until 12 noon. For a late check-out, please speak to our reception staff. It is not possible to use the wellness and fitness area before check-in or after check-out.
Where can I park?
You have the option of parking your car in our underground garage. The cost is € 2.50 per hour or € 30.00 per car per day. Please use the address Sieberlingstraße 6, 22609 Hamburg as your destination.
Are dogs or other pets allowed at Hotel Louis C. Jacob dogs or other pets allowed?
Well-behaved dogs are allowed in the hotel. There is a charge of €20 per night for the dog set-up plus a one-off final cleaning fee of €50. Please understand that your dog does not have access to the restaurant and the entire wellness area. They are welcome guests in all other areas, including the Kleiner Jacob. We ask you to keep dogs on a lead and would like to point out that walking dogs is not permitted in the entire hotel complex, including green areas and parking lots. In the event of any damage caused by the dog, we must hold the owner of the animal liable. Other pets are not permitted. Assistance animals are permitted in accordance with the legal regulations with proof.
Can physically impaired guests also stay at the Louis C. Jacob overnight?
Unfortunately, we do not have any rooms with disabled access at the Hotel Louis C. Jacob.
When is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served daily from 07:00-10:30 in Jacobs Restaurant.
How are the restaurants open in the evening?
Jacobs Restaurant is open Tuesday to Saturday from 18:00-22:30 (kitchen closing time: 21:00).
The Kleines Jacob wine bar is open Thursday to Monday from 17:00-22:30 (kitchen closing time: 22:00)

When is the bar open?
The Jacobs Bar is open daily from 12:00 noon.
Are there gluten-free/vegetarian/vegan dishes?
Yes, they are available. Please contact reception before your arrival if you would like us to organize gluten-free products for you.
When is the wellness and fitness area open?
Fitness: weekdays from 08:00 - 21:30
Sauna: weekdays 15:00 - 20:00,
at the weekend 10:00 - 22:00
Is there bed linen for allergy sufferers?
If you require bed linen for allergy sufferers, please inform the hotel in good time before arrival or select a bed for allergy sufferers when booking online. You can also specify other requests when booking, such as a king-size comforter, an extra woollen blanket, a neck roll, a horsehair pillow or a cool-down pillow.

We accept all major EC cards, cash and credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Can I smoke in the hotel?
Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. The smoking ban also applies to e-cigarettes and also includes balconies and terraces. Smoking is permitted in the designated smoking lounges.
What regulations and charges apply to telephony from the hotel room?
